**Recruitment Resourcer**

**Location: Remote**

This role plays a key part in Yell’s major growth plans and you will be a valued member of our Internal Recruitment team.

**What will you be doing..**

Attending networking events and local job fayres to attract and find new talent.
Writing and posting engaging job adverts.

**Who are we looking for **

1 - 2 years experience as an agency based or internal Recruiter/Resourcer is an absolute must.
Proven track record of resourcing Sales professionals previously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to network and build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
A creative eye and the ability to bring new resourcing ideas to the team would be desirable.
