We currently work with a number of schools in and around Boston supporting their day-to-day and short-term cover needs as well as longer-term requirements. Our client schools expect a high level of professionalism and a good education from their cover staff. Therefore, if you have a personable attitude, dedication and an enthusiasm for supporting and teaching in secondary schools, supply could be the perfect choice for you.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:

- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have experience working with young people in some capacity e.g. coaching
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written skills
- Have great classroom management skills
- Hold a passion for working with children
- Show a willingness to contribute to a school environment and the progress of students

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

- Recent and relevant experience working with young people
