**Hybrid Working | Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm**
**Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE)**

Are you passionate about connecting talented people with exciting opportunities? We have a fantastic new opening for a **Talent Specialist** to join our Internal Recruitment Team at Lookers.

You’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive team that will ensure you have all the tools, training and information you need to thrive from day one. You’ll have full autonomy to manage your own recruitment desk, working both from home and at our central Team Valley hub (3 days per week).

**Responsibilities**:
**About the Role**:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies
- Creating and delivering innovative attraction campaigns, assessment centres, and networking events
- Providing market insights, MI/data, and up-to-date trends to stakeholders
- Building both short
- and long-term attraction plans for your divisions

Qualifications:

- Solutions-focused, with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- An interest in the motor industry is a bonus, but a genuine passion for people is essential (don’t worry, the car enthusiasm will come)
