Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Porter.

As a vital member of our Garden Room Cafe team, the post holder will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency within our kitchen environment.

**Hours of Work**

Between the hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm.

All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break for lunch.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the dishwashing equipment.
- Promptly delivering clean equipment and crockery to the Kitchen and Front of House teams..
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising waste and recycling bins.
- Aiding with deep cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Upholding cleanliness and organisation of indoor and outdoor spaces.
- Assisting with basic food preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Meticulous approach to cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment.
- Capability to withstand long hours of standing, lifting heavy objects (within HSE guidelines), and performing repetitive tasks.
- Reliable and punctual.
