**Property Valuer Lister**
**Overview**:
My client, a large independent estate agency in the south east are looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join their team in Rainham, Kent
**Role and responsibilities**:
As part of your day to day you will be:

- Providing personal and professional marketing expertise and advice to help make sure customers get the best possible service at all times
- Listing a targeted number of properties
- Advising and helping vendors in Letting their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
- Keeping abreast of the current market conditions, bringing on and downloading new properties that you have brought to the market
**Essential skills and experience**:
You will need a minimum of 3 months listing experience and a Full UK driving licence as well as:

- A good knowledge of your local market
- Be a great relationship builder with the ability to get stuck in and make things happen
- An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy in to you as a person and a fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and profit
- Be driven and determined together with having plenty of get up and go together with pace, passion and enthusiasm
- Have a genuine interest in people and a desire to help them on their forwards journey
- To treat customers and colleagues alike with courtesy, honesty, trust and respect.
**Package**:

- Basic £22,000 (OTE £35,000 - £40,000) uncapped
- + £2.5k Car allowance
- + 33 days holiday (plus additional day for birthday off)
- + Holiday commission
- + Award winning training
- 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)
