**What you'll be doing**
- Managing a team of Baristas
- Oversee the day-to-day services from a front of house perspective
- Leading your team to success
- Making and serving food and hot drinks
- Ensuring quick service to customers
- Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
- Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment
- Running shifts and training team members
- Organise monthly stock count and restocking and maintaining of the work areas
- Help in the recruitment and retention of team members
- Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark
- Champion excellent customer service

**Experience**

⦁ 2 years barista experience essential
⦁ Latte art desirable
⦁ Previous supervisory experience at a supervisor or team leader level
⦁ An excellent team player with the ability to work efficiently and independently if required
⦁ General food safety knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
