**Trainee Receptionist role**

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a mid sized Law firm in beautiful City Centre offices as a **Receptionist.**The role is based Front of House and assisting in all areas of Office Coordination. Reception experience is not essential you just need a flexible approach to undertaking a broad range of duties.

**The role;**
- Answering and transferring calls
- Meeting and greeting clients on Reception
- Coordinating meeting rooms
- Arranging travel and catering
- Reprographics duties
- Managing the office equipment and and ensuring they are fully stocked
- Archiving, scanning and post duties

**About you;**
- Reception experience is not essential, ideally you will of worked in a Customer Service or Office Based role previously
- A willingness to help in all Office Support areas
- Able to lift boxes up to 10kg
- Professional, friendly, dynamic and self-motivated
