**Internal Sales Assistant - Huddersfield**
- Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30a.m. - 5.00p.m.
- £22,000 to £23,000 per annum depending on experience
- Full-time-permanent basis

Our client is a specialist known for Industrial Door Solutions; multi-certified, enjoying a good market share for the last 10 years in the Entrance System industry across the UK. They are looking for Internal Sales Assistant to join their team on a full-time-permanent basis.

**Your role as Internal Sales Assistant will include**:

- The taking of sales and marketing enquiries over the telephone and electronically, and passing them on to the appropriate member of the Sales Team, having recorded the details of the enquiry into the CRM system.
- Provision of general sales support to the field-based Sales Teams, i.e. sales reports, asset lists etc.
- Processing of sales leads generated by members of the Service Team.
- Accurate and timely management of the annual stock take for the Company.
- Completion of general administrative tasks to the required standard relating to sales support.
- Act as a proactive member of the Company, providing cover where required, in particular for the Short-Term Rental Coordinator, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Conduit to marketing on behalf of all Company Certified Partners.
- Management of Company Certified Partners price files.
- Creation of quotations for Company Certified Partners for non-stock items.
- Processing all Company Certified Partners Orders.
- Single point of contact for all Company Certified Partner queries.

**Experience Required**
- Reliable, professional and proactive with a 'can do' attitude
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a willingness to rise to a challenge
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
- Confident and articulate with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
- Administration experience
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Previous experience within a sales environment is preferred but not essential
