**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly first impression.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any customer concerns promptly.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down service areas as required.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the front of house area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards helping guests and addressing their needs promptly.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
