**Some of the main responsibilities**:

- Provide full co-ordination and administrative support to the Head of Events and the Events Manager on all events to help ensure delivery with excellent attention to detail.
- Support the Head of Events and the Events Manager to plan, organise and execute the major donor (specifically the Annual Dinner), corporate, community, YN and cultivation events programme. To be wholly responsible for the management of the Norwood Night and the Quiz Night.
- Tasks will include but not limited to preparation of all event resources, managing sales for events, maintaining accurate and up to date records on donors on Raisers Edge, diarising, attending and preparing for committee meetings, booking and working with external suppliers and writing work plans for each event.
- To manage all event administration, including payment of suppliers, payments for tables, tickets, adverts, sponsorship and keeping the Head of Events and the Events Manager regularly updated on outstanding income, costs and any payment issues.
**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience of organising events
- Experience of meeting deadlines
- Experience of working in a team
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Experience of using databases
**Desirable**:

- Experience of working in a fundraising environment
- Experience of working with lay committees
- Knowledge of the Jewish community
- Knowledge or Raisers Edge or another fundraising database
