**The Role**
The Central Administrator will provide reception duties, administration and call handling for the organisation as well as supporting the Office and Facilities Manager with health and safety and facilities.
**Essential Skills and Experience**:
- Administration skills to include spreadsheets, databases, financial systems.
- The ability to support the Office and Facilities manager with associated tasks.
- IT support including maintaining asset management register, distribution of IT equipment, set up and maintenance of printers and support with printing.
- The ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of the challenges faced by people experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Dealing with confidential information in an administrative setting, in line with data protection
- To ensure that information is dealt with in accordance with Leeds Minds policies and steps are taken to ensure that that confidential information is secure e.g. service user data.
Hours - 30 (Monday - Thursday, 9am-5pm, (2 day/week job share may be considered)
Salary - £23, 460 - £24,776 (pro-rata) per annum
Contract -Permanent
