We're looking for a MARAC Coordinator to join our busy and vibrant team within the Birmingham Change Grow Live Service to make a change to the lives of people who use our service.

**Responsibilities**:
The MARAC Coordinator will coordinate, administer, and manage the operation of the MARAC. One of the main purposes of the role is to bring together agencies to ensure that local systems are truly keeping survivors safe.

The post holder will meet MARAC partners in a variety of settings in the community. The post holder will also spend time raising awareness of the service, domestic abuse, and the MARAC and may support in providing support and guidance to staff and the development and delivery of training across the service.

The post holder will have an excellent understanding of domestic violence and its effects on women and children, of best practice in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, and of the MARAC process.
