**Job Purpose**:
Along with a background in online customer support, they are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, remains calm under pressure and is willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

This varied and dynamic sales support role would suit a motivated, professional who has strong, previous experience within sales & customer service who is looking to take the next step within their career.
You must be a highly driven, self-motivated individual with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads and remain calm under sometimes pressurised circumstances.
**Additional info**:
- The hours are full time, 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
- Office based at our HQ in Christchurch.
- Holiday entitlement: 20 working days plus public and bank holidays
- Training provided where required.
