Driver /handyman

**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from clients or management.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, ensuring they are safe for use.
- Assist with the installation of fixtures, fittings, and appliances as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance techniques and methods.
- Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Pay: £15,878.09-£38,902.23 per year
