We’re Salutem and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of thousands of children and adults in England and Wales across our residential homes, schools and day centres.

Support Workers at Salutem support people like Mark, Matty and Leslie to overcome any personal challenges each day so they can achieve outstanding outcomes. Individuals in our Salutem family may have disabilities or require complex care, but that doesn’t stop them from having fun, laughing hard and loving life.

At Westbrooke Grange in Torquay we love to celebrate an occasion. It’s one of the many things that makes us a family. Whether it’s Halloween, Christmas, Valentines or a Summer BBQ - we all love to dress up, decorate our beautiful home, and enjoy our days together.

We love our homely environment and we’ve made it a lovely place to live for the individuals we support.

Carving pumpkins for Halloween was a highlight for us this year and the green and scary cupcakes we made were very impressive Colette is looking forward to her second Christmas here, the decorations she put on her bright pink tree last year were spectacular, we can’t wait to see what this year’s tree brings


We have made the most of being able to visit outdoor venues since the restrictions were lifted, Carla and Simon have found a new love of animals and have visited Dartmoor Zoo, Pennywell Farm, Longleat to name but a few You could spend the day getting involved with our indoor football and skittles games - some are more competitive than others

Each day will be different, and the main focus of your role is to provide daily support. It’s definitely not a normal 9-5, you can work days, nights, and flexible shifts too. Talking of ‘dream’ jobs, some of our shifts are sleep-ins

As a keyworker in the Care sector, you’ll hold a valued role in society.
