We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Dairy function, the heart of our business.

**THIS IS THE BASE RATE, ONCE YOU BECOME MULTISKILLED THE RATE WILL INCREASE, GREAT EARNING POTENTIAL**

As a Dairy Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our dairy products are kept to the highest of standards therefore if you have a passion for food production we encourage you to apply.

Based in various departments, your duties will include:

- Pasteurising cheese
- VAT Cheese Making
- Open Table Cheese Making
- Block Former Operations
- Cheese Palletising
- Milk Intake, Sample Testing, Scales
- Operate and maintain dairy processing equipment
- Monitor and control the production process to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Perform routine quality checks on dairy products
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

**BACK/LATE SHIFT** - pay starting at £12.21 per hour increasing upon training completion
- Various start time 4pm/5pm/6pm 10 hour shift, 5 over 7 nights with 2 nights off together.

**Experience required**:

- Food Safety and Chemical awareness knowledge would also be advantageous but full training will be given.
- Experience in food production or related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed
