Are you looking for a new challenge, are you a caring confident and enthusiastic nurse who can bring clinical leadership and a breadth of clinical experience to a busy community CAMHS.

An opportunity has arisen for a qualified advanced clinical practitioner to join the GMMH Community CAMHS Team in Wigan.

As the successful post holder, you will be required to practice autonomously and proactively to manage a caseload of mixed complexity in line with Thrive delivery and partner agencies of Children's services

You will autonomously assess, formulate, diagnose and treat young people and children under your care and deliver a range of interventions, in conjunction with team members, as part of a wider MDT and also in collaboration with primary care children's services or VCSE partners.

You will take a lead in assuring the physical health care and medicines management elements of service delivery are provided to high standards and that the whole team are supported to develop and maximise their knowledge and skills in these areas. This will incorporate involvement with Trust wide forums, leading on clinical audit and also training.

As a valued member of the leadership team you will be the senior professional voice of nursing staff. You will contribute to and where necessary lead on service development activities, including research and development.
