**Job Description**:
We are looking for an exceptional Recruitment Consultant to manage and strategize our recruitment operations within the renewable energy and engineering sectors. This role calls for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in team settings, and is committed to exceeding objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic recruitment solutions tailored to the renewable energy and engineering sectors.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to identify new recruitment opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with our marketing and sales teams to drive traffic and engagement towards our recruitment platform.
- Organise and lead innovative recruitment campaigns and events to attract top-tier talent.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, with a preference for backgrounds in renewable energy or engineering sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships.
- A creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A passion for sustainability and renewable energy initiatives.

**Salary**: £25,977.00-£31,000.00 per year
