Our client are recruiting for multiple Level 3 Welder Fabricators for a recognized leader in the Metal Fabrication industry, known for their unwavering commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence.

**Position Overview**:
As a Level 3 Welder Fabricator, you will bring your expertise to the forefront, overseeing complex welding and fabrication projects with a keen eye for detail and precision. Your extensive knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and fabrication processes will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilise advanced welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and Stick, to fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
- Interpret and analyse intricate technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Lead and mentor junior welders, providing guidance and support in welding methods and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Perform quality checks and inspections on welds, ensuring adherence to industry standards and project requirements.
- Set up and maintain welding equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe operating conditions.
- Select appropriate materials and welding procedures based on project specifications and metallurgical considerations.
- Assist in the development of welding procedures and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Promote a culture of safety and adhere to established safety protocols at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator with a Level 3 certification or equivalent.
- Proficiency in advanced welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick.
- In-depth understanding of metallurgy, material properties, and welding codes.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in mentoring junior welders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in welding equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Physical stamina and dexterity required for working with heavy materials and tools.
- Current welding certifications and qualifications.

**Pay Rate**
- This position pays an hourly rate of between £12.97 and £15.06 depending on experience and qualifications.

**Working Hours**
- This job involves working days (Mon-Thurs 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM & Fri 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.97-£15.06 per hour
