**Our Company and Culture**

We are an international, quality-driven specialist healthcare consultancy. Since opening in 2017 we have seen significant growth year after year and currently, employ around 35 people. We have recently moved into brand new luxury offices in Manchester citycentre and are proud to maintain a family feel to our company. Our offices are bright and spacious with a pool table, bar, darts board, arcade games, quiet booths, kitchen, dining and chill-out area. We are just a 5-minute walk from Piccadilly train stationmaking for an easy commute and some fun after-work nights out. We have recently expanded into the USA and have many more exciting plans to come.

**As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant**
- You will learn from our dedicated training programme delivered by experienced managers.
- Receive regular opportunities to climb the ladder and receive pay rises with a clear progression pathway
- You will learn how to find and select the best quality healthcare professionals, develop sales and marketing skills to build your own client base, manage offers, close deals and build relationships to become the consultant of choice for your clients.

**The bit you really want to know (£££)**
- Trainee Recruitment Consultant basic salary starts from £20,000 - £22,000 depending on experience
- Overall earning potential with commission circa £40,000 in your first year (increasing year on year)
- 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays and up to 12 Star Days - That's 44 days
- Standard working hours 8-5.30 Monday to Friday with Flexitime and early Friday finishes.
- Gym Flexi Time - extended lunch breaks for Gym sessions

- You will need either some experience in sales or be degree educated
