Working alongside their experienced bakers and their co-founder, they are looking for eager, capable bakers to join their expanding team. They are a growing business, and this would be the chance to come in at an early stage in their growth and grow withthem as well as to learn a skill yourself.
- Alongside these duties, you will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 2 Baker qualification through your Apprenticeship._

**Location**: Olympic Park, London

**Salary**: £6.75 - £8.00 per hour DOE

**Trainee/ Apprentice Baker Duties**:

- Mixing & shaping doughs
- Laminating pastries
- Preparing items for baking
- Baking
- Making ready to go products for the counter
- Working as part of a team
- Keen interest in baking
- Strong eye for detail
- willing to learn and work towards your apprenticeship qualification
- Able to work in a team as well as individually
