**Nana Fannys is a family owned Street Food stall **which for the last 10 years, has been based in London’s finest and most prestigious and vibrant food market, Borough Market.

**_We serve Deli Classics inc: -_**
Salt Beef from a 4th generation, 1944 family recipe, Vegan Falafels, Potato Latkes & Middle Eastern inspired salads form our main menu PLUS daily specials. The majority of our ingredients are sourced right here from the market and prepared fresh every day.

**_Role: - SUNDAY STAFF MEMBER _**
- Full training will be given enabling you to setup the market stall, ingredient prep and menu cooking, food service, cash handling, customer interaction, clean and pack down the stall at the end of the day before finally returning to our onsite storage
- 8.30am till 4pm every Sunday with the possibility of additional hours IF wanted

**_Requirements: -_**
- Working within the street food industry is a lot of fun in an amazing environment, however it’s fast paced and can be physically demanding when setting up & closing the stall. You MUST speak fluent English with perfect understanding (this is essential), be reliable with good time keeping, work well under pressure, enjoy public interaction, great communication skills and the ability to work within all areas (setup / prep / service / customer service)
- Some catering, kitchen, knife skills and experience is needed to a basic level but overall, enthusiasm and ability to get on with the rest of the team is key.
