**Responsibilities**:
As a Health Care Assistant at High Pastures Nursing Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents during. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing compassionate and respectful personal care to residents, attending to their individual needs with sensitivity and empathy.
- Monitoring and assisting residents throughout the day/night, addressing any concerns, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Collaborating effectively with the nursing and support staff to ensure seamless communication and the delivery of holistic care.
- Documenting observations and relevant information accurately, maintaining detailed records for the nursing team's reference.
- Responding to residents' calls and requests promptly and professionally, demonstrating a high level of attentiveness.
- Contributing to the maintenance of a clean and organized environment within residents' living spaces.
- Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and ensuring the overall tidiness of common areas.
