Inbound Technical Support Advisor

We're looking for someone who can bring a passion for building and maintaining customer relations, technical broadband experience and ISP services is preferred but not essential. We need you to be adaptable, flexible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary & Bonus**:
This role has a basic salary of **£23,795.20** per annum.

We also offer an uncapped commission scheme, which means you could take home a monthly OTE of _**£150p/m**_

**Shifts**:
You will be contracted at _40_ hours per week, between the hours of 8:30am to 6:00pmMonday to Friday on a rotation.

There is 1 Saturday in 3 to work.

**Location**:
You will be based at our offices located on _**Ecclesall Road, Sheffield**_ **(S11)**. Our offices are a short walk from the city-centre with excellent transport links from surrounding areas.

**What are we looking for?**
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve challenging call handling targets
- A strong level of reading and spoken English, due to level of scripture required to be performed within the role.
- A confident individual
- The ability to hold conversation will people of all ages and backgrounds and can easily build rapport with customers
- Inbound service experience is preferred but not essential
- Transferable skills from previous employment (retail, hospitality, contact centre)
- You must be able to deliver a top quality customer service and ensure the best outcome for the customer
- The ability to handle rejection and remain resilient throughout the day.
