**What will I be doing?**

**The Boot and Shoe **is now recruiting for a line chef or **Chef de Partie** to join the current team at our fantastic site. With numerous opportunities for growth and progression, The Boot and Shoe will give you the responsibilityand challenge from the start. You will be encouraged to show your creative side as you prepare, cook and present dishes that will soon become your speciality, as well as having an input into the fresh daily specials.

Under the leadership of the Head Chef and Sous Chef you will be working to produce high quality, fresh food. Working in sync with the other members of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality.You will get the opportunity to work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in developing new dishes and daily specials. Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety, you will also monitor portion and wastecontrol to maintain profit margins.

Ideally, we are looking for a **Chef de Partie** who has experience working within a similar position and can truly demonstrate that they have the drive and ambition to take on this challenge and is eager to develop and progress to the nextlevel with the help of our extensive training programmes.
