We offer a basic salary of £36,000 - £42,000 dependent on experience. Realistic first year earnings are between £42,000 and £50,000.
All of our Branch Managers get the following:
- Company car or car allowance of (£500 Per month)
- BUPA & Pension after qualifying period

- Initially you will be entitled to 30 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days after a year’s employment inclusive of statutory holidays

**Responsibilities include:**
- Managing, motivating and supporting your team to achieve high performance levels
- Overseeing the day to day running of operations, creating a positive, engaged and productive branch in line with company values
- Developing new business whilst maintaining and maximising existing business, both personally and through your team
