**HR Advisor - Temporary**

**Job Type**:Contract, minimum 6 months contract

**The Position**

The Company are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual who is passionate about delivering a great employee experience. The main function of this temporary position is to evolve the businesses HR processes, so they are fit for purpose for thebusiness’s growth ambitions.You must therefore have a generalist knowledge and be comfortable to take the lead on the review and development of HR policies and processes.

**Main responsibilities**
- Conduct a review and coordinate the development of new policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, and leavers processes.
- Provide day-to-day HR advice to management team and employees. Respond to requests in a timely manner, ensuring the correct information is provided in line with employment legislation.
- Independently manage general HR advisory matters, particularly relating to policy advice and guidance.
- Have overall responsibility for recruitment and selection processes for all vacancies.
- Provide administrative support for all HR activities.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with managers and employees keeping a high level of confidentiality.
- Develop and ensure delivery of appropriate training and guidance to managers on HR policies and practices.
- Maintain employee electronic records ensuring accurate, up-to-date, and confidential in line with company standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience within HR.
- Previous demonstratable experience with developing HR processes and delivering improvements
- Good organisational skills and ability to be flexible and manage different priorities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good team player with sound interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills and good understanding of IT systems
- Qualified to Level 5 CIPD preferred
