Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support to our residents. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, ensuring patient comfort, and promoting their overall well-being.
**Duties**:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and record.
- Assist in the implementation of care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care
**Skills**:To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Drive: Motivated and committed to providing exceptional care to patients
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- IT Skills: Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other healthcare software
- Knowledge of Care Plans: Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans for patients
- Experience in Care Home or Home Care settings is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
Note: This is a paid position.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
