This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our busy Sales Administration department.

Outlined below are the standard duties that this job role entails.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**

To ensure accurate input of vehicle stock for New & Used Cars, adding company vehicles to Coopers, dealing with outright purchases and vehicle buybacks, carrying out monthly stock check.

**New Car Stock**
- Downloading Manufacturers invoices to bring new cars into stock on Dealer Management System (Pinnacle)
- Demo Transfers
- Maintaining accurate information on company vehicles (Coopers)
- Handling administration of De-fleeted vehicles on DMS and Coopers.
- Dealer Transfers

**Used Car Purchases**
- Checking documentation on outright purchases and vehicle buybacks to ensure all paperwork is present and correct.
- Bringing outright purchases and buybacks into stock on Pinnacle and adding to spreadsheet for payment to be made
- Uploading documentation to e-deal book (IStore Docs)

**Monthly Duties**
- Vehicle stock check carried out the 1st working day of every month.
- Coopers Stock Report Reconciliation
- Ensuring a smooth close to the month

Any other duties required by the Administration Manager.
- Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Solid team working skills
- Self-disciplined and efficient, with a flexible and proactive nature
- Experienced in Excel and Microsoft office packages
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Pay: £26,500.00 per year
