An exciting opportunity has arisen as we seek a _**Wedding and Events Assistant.**_

This role is very hands on and you will be focused on the operational side of the wedding and events, ensuring events are set up and being able to be confident on function days to ensure everything is ready and support the Events Manager. If you are looking to progress your career in weddings then this role will give you an opportunity to do this.

**Duties**:

- Co-ordinating staff and food service throughout the event.
- The role involves supporting the operations and standards ensuring high standards of presentation are always maintained.
- Work alongside the Events Manager to make sure events run sufficiently and organised to the correct standards of Dunston Hall.
- Demonstrate excellent qualities by always leading by example and showing a positive approach to the job role.
- Having a great eye for detail to make sure we deliver the best standards and go above and beyond for our guests.
- Complete opening and closing procedures including cleaning and delegating tasks where necessary.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Being able to set up and prepare for events to a high standard

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
