**Role**: Recruitment Consultant

**Package**: £20-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 2) (£60K OTE Year 3)

**Location**: Birmingham

Our client is a specialist International IT and Tech recruitment company who have seen huge growth in 2020. They recruit in the UK, Europe and the USA and have a proven track record of rapidly, building and growing technology practices from scratch. They'relooking for an ambitious, dedicated, and hard-working Graduate to join their team. They believe it’s important to build people up and their learning and development programmes are individually tailored towards your unique progression plan

**The Role**:

- Identify and engage with top talent
- Building relationships with clients to win vacancies
