Join our dedicated team as a full-time **Cluster Residential Child Care Worker**, where you can make a meaningful difference to the lives of our children and young people. Your role will be to support across several homes, to ensure that rota gaps are covered. You will be assigned to one home but your shifts and rota may vary, along with the location of your work. Your role will require an element of adaptability but in return you will have a fantastic oppertunity to develop your skills and this will ensure that your role is always diverse.

- As a valuable member of our team, a **Residential Child Care Worker** is expected to provide high-quality, person-centred care, tailored to the needs of each individual.
- **Residential Child Care Workers** will maintain an environment that is appropriate to the needs of the individual.
- As a **Residential Child Care Worker**, you will work as a team, building long lasting relationships with our children and young people.
- Our **Residential Child Care Workers** accompany our young people to and from school or college, facilitate family contact, create a warm and comforting environment, have fun and go on days out as well as shopping, cooking, cleaning and encouraging participation in local activities and hobbies.

**Desirable Qualities include**:

- One years' experience in Child care or youth settings.
- An SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma / relevant to Children and Young People's Residential workforce or working towards.
- An interest in pursuing relevant Child Care qualifications.
- Familiar with the Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies, i.e. SSSC.
- An existing PVG / DBS certificate.

**Remuneration and benefits**

Your salary is £30,559.00 to £32,026.00 per annum, pro-rata, depending on experience.
