An exciting opportunity has arisen for a YAS Academy Education Quality Assessor to join the Quality Team for YAS Academy. This role will be mostly remote working, with occasional travel to our YAS Academy sites around Yorkshire.

The post-holder will support the Quality Assurance Manager and Quality Team. The Education Quality Assessor is responsible for managing and coordinating of a range of accredited educational initiatives, primarily linked to the Trusts externally accredited programmes and apprenticeships, with the aim of assuring and improving the quality of all education at YAS. They will provide support for a range of blended education and training provision, ensuring all awarding/accrediting body’s requirements are adhered to and met, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.

The post-holder will need to have the ability to manage their own workload, hold an Internal Quality Assurance qualification and have experience using Microsoft Word and Excel. Knowledge of Quals Direct, turn it in, OFSTED and our Awarding Organisation policies/procedures would also be an advantage.
