The role will support the Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and wider team to implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company website.

**Social Media - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Pintrest etc**
Coordinate the required product information and requirements for the team eg digital marketing, designer, content producer

Manage and schedule posts with product links, tags etc

Manage related shops including merchandising & category creation

Monitor social media channel feedback and engage accordingly

Source and post user-generated content

Monitor fan sites

Work with the team on inspiration, planning, and implementation of newsletters

Administration of photos, information and related stock information for newsletter styles

Support the implementation of Klavyio (from Mailchimp)

**Influencers**

Research and connect with Influencers

Liaise with influencers to create content

Manage day-to-day communication and administration

**Blogs and Community**

Research and idea generation for blogs and community engagement

Monitor and analyse website analytics, campaign performance, and customer behaviour to come up with data-driven suggestions

Produce reports to meet the needs of the team

**General**

Forge a deep understanding of the brand, product & customer base

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and analysis

Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends in digital marketing

**Support with all things digital marketing**

**Requirement**
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer or similar role
- Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Experience using digital marketing tools e.g Later, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative ideas
- Ability to work proactively, independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams
