**About Us**: We provide small, dispersed therapeutic homes in Keynsham and Bristol, focusing on helping young people develop resilience, life skills, and independence. With over 60 years of collective experience, our team supports children in a safe, nurturing environment where they can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities & Skills**:

- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and quality care
- Understand and uphold relevant legislation, such as the Children’s Home Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards
- Promote life satisfaction, empowerment, and the development of life skills through individualized support planning
- Encourage confidence and self-esteem through trauma-informed care approaches
- Collaborate with team members and external agencies for safeguarding
- Keep accurate records
- Maintain a clean and welcoming home environment
- Undertake required training and work towards mandatory qualifications (Diploma Residential Care CYP Level 3/4)
- Work on a rota system, including shifts and sleep-in duties

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Experience and understanding of safeguarding and equality
- Experience working directly with children
- Understanding of child development and the impact of trauma (ACEs)
- A Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (Level 3/4) or willingness to work towards it
- Experience in psychology, clinical roles, education, adult care, healthcare, or early years is a plus
