**Graduate Protection Advisor**

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients who have requested quotes to assist them and their families in attaining Financial security.

Collaborate with senior advisers during on-the-job training and development. Meet weekly and monthly targets while striving for personal and professional growth. Work with inbound inquiries and provide clients with valuable protection advice.

Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating professionalism, and being target-driven. Strive to achieve and exceed performance goals and promotion criteria.

Continuously improve your knowledge of financial personal protection.

How You Are Rewarded:

**The base salary on offer for a Qualified Protection Adviser is between £25,000 - £30,000**

**OTE £50,000**

**Uncapped**

**High performers are achieving £80,000 plus**
