Test Analyst - Hybrid Working - Up to £50K
On behalf of our growing client based in Warwickshire, we are recruiting an enthusiastic Test Analyst. As Test Analyst, you will be a key part of the development team, focused on assuring the quality of web solutions for customers and be hungry to exploreemerging techniques and understand how they can be introduced to add value to the business.

The Test Analyst will be responsible for:

- Planning, designing, managing, executing, and reporting tests, using appropriate testing tools and techniques, and conforming to agreed process standards.
- Working with the design team and with customers to create test plans and test specifications, based on analysis of the requirements and risk, for consumption internally and by the customer.
- Working with the design team to review design artifacts and ensure consistency across the design. Maintaining and enhancing the test strategy and process to facilitate continuous improvement of the quality assurance of projects.
- Investigating automation techniques and technologies to help identify cost-effective ways to accelerate the test process.
- Working with the delivery team to deliver projects to a high standard and to defined timescales and budgets.

The Test Analyst will have the following:

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and fault diagnosis skills.
- A very keen eye for detail and an understanding of great user experience with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
- A strong team player and individual contributor.
- Experience of managing test data in Visual Studio.
- Good commercial awareness across all business areas
- Experience with test automation software, e.g. Selenium, Cucumber
