We have a great opportunity for an Electrical Estimator with great construction experience to join our delivery team to assist with estimating activities across a portfolio of projects in the UK.

**The role**

The role will interact closely with the Head of Project Development and wider teams in the development business squad. You will actively assist and participate in specific project concepts, development, and software and be responsible for ensuring estimating due diligence to respective regulations. The role is at the forefront of designing and delivering the expansion strategy to grow the team as the business expands across the UK.

- Assist in contributing to conceptual design scoping documents for contract letting of design consultancy contracts, negotiation, contractual programme and identifying preferred contractors.
- Responsible for responding/allocating contractor Technical Queries (TQ) from PM, via the TQ process, throughout the construction phase of any project.

We're looking for someone with past electrical estimating experience ideally within the construction sector, estimating on large-scale projects in the UK. Previous experience and knowledge in the EV Charging world will give you an advantage however, we are open to seeing individuals from other sectors. Full training on our products and services will be provided. Above all else, you will be able to manage multiple projects at the same time with a commercial mindset.
