**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' social, emotional, and environmental needs.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention plans to address identified issues.
- Provide counselling and support to clients, helping them navigate challenges and access necessary resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, community organisations, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with organisational policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering their professional development within the field.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to services within the community.
- Stay informed about relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.

**Requirements**:

- A recognised degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- HCPC Registration certificate.
- Experience in social work role is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in supervising or mentoring others is advantageous.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with industry trends.

Pay: £22.00-£28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
