**Job description**

Join the industry's fastest growing nursery group Fennies is searching for a positive, energetic, and passionate Temporary Staffing Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing team. The role is a full-time position based at our head office in Epsom and is part of our People Team.

As part of our continued growth we require an organised individual who has experience of running a busy high volume temporary desk, ideally from a similar industry or from a busy recruitment temporary desk.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and book temporary workers (bank staff) across our multi-sites in Surrey, London and Kent
- Day to day management of scheduling of shifts covering annual leave and staff sickness
- Manage the bank staff team and have regular communication
- Interview and onboard new bank staff ensuring the team is continually growing inline with the business
- Deal with any queries and administration
- Support both the People and Education teams

**The person**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a large temp desk
- Used to working in a fast-paced role
- Experience of multi-site management
- Experience of running a temporary workers/bank staff desk
- Proven experience and results orientated
- Strong administration and IT skills including, ATS/scheduling system and MS Office
