We have an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Offices Administration.
Office juniors should be proactive, learn quickly, and be interested in their work. They should also have good writing and proofing skills, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office
The main responsibilities will include:
- **Reception**:Answering and screening calls, greeting visitors.
- **Supplies**: Ordering and maintaining stationery and other supplies, and ensuring the office is tidy.
- **Petty Cash**: Looking after the Petty Cash
- **Card Payments**: Processing credit card payments.
- **Documentation**: Printing, binding, and filing documents.
- **Health and safety**: Assisting with health and safety checks.
- **Office cover**: Covering for staff on holiday.
- **Ad-hoc duties**: Running errands and providing support to staff as needed.
The successful applicant MUST HAVE an excellent numeracy and literacy skills AND working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
**As this is a junior role, we ideally looking to start someone who lives within a 3 mile radius of our office in AIRDRIE LANARKSHIRE ML6 9SE.**
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
