**Job description**

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team and support the continued development and growth of the business.

We’re looking for someone to join a fast-paced business where no two days are the same, working in a positive environment with opportunity to learn and develop your skills along the way.

Whilst some experience is beneficial, it is not a set requirement as full training will be provided. A positive, customer focused mindset is what we are looking for

The main purpose of the position will be to provide and process information in response to all queries and requests about our products and services.

Daily tasks will include:

- Respond promptly to customer and client queries
- Handling new registration requirements
- Confirming status of registrations / payments/ invoice information
- Perform customer verifications
- Support setup of new customer accounts
- Support expenses / Pensions administration
- Assist with the weekly reporting administration requirements

Support the processing team with timesheet entry and issuing invoices to clients
- Organise workflow to meet timeframe requirements

This is a full-time position
- Monday to Friday

09.00 to 17.00

1 hour lunch

22 days holiday
