Send Customer Service Improvement Communications

Fox Morris are working with Oxfordshire County Council in relations to finding a SEND Customer Service Improvement Communications Specialist to start work ASAP
**Responsibilities**
- Improve customer satisfaction (through improved customer experiences)
- Improve staff timeliness towards responding to customers
- Identify opportunities for redesign of operational approaches
- Improve front facing processes that customers experience by reducing time taken and information asked for
- Provide recognition for internal and external groups / teams / individuals on delivering customer excellence
The work package will support the programme approach to:
- Evaluate the current position
- Identify what is working well and what support systems are in place
- Identify and quantify key issues
- Identify what “good” looks like
- Taking into account feedback from parents and families, discussions with other Local Authorities and any local/national standards
- Identify, define and prioritise actions for improvement
- Including identifying measures with targets to evidence improvement
You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.
