**Sales Receptionist - 24/7 Boutique Gym**

About the Role

Join a fast-growing 24/7 boutique gym in South East UK, where we’re building a welcoming and inspiring community space equipped with top-of-the-line fitness technology. We’re looking for an **ambitious and reliable Sales Receptionist** who is ready to use their customer service and business skills to create a great first impression, foster a strong team environment, and help members feel at home in a facility they can enjoy 24/7.

This role is critical in providing a first-class experience to members, prospective members, and visitors, with a strong focus on **sales and member satisfaction**. You’ll support the General Manager in daily club operations, with an emphasis on **new membership sales** and ensuring members have a fantastic experience every time they visit.

This is a **part-time role** with potential to grow into full-time, requiring flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive new membership sales, retain existing members, and grow a pipeline of prospects.
- Provide a warm, welcoming environment, maintaining a tidy and professional reception area.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all members and visitors.
- Greet members, check them in, and verify membership details as needed.
- Assist with new member enrolment and handle membership queries.
- Inform members about classes, availability, and membership options.
- Handle membership renewals and cancellations efficiently.
- Ensure safety and security for members, guests, and staff at all times.
- Keep accurate records of queries, complaints, lost property, and maintenance issues.
- Help maintain gym cleanliness and perform additional tasks as needed.
