Benefits you can flex include Critical Illness Cover, HealthCash Plan, and Health Assessments. - **Employee Incentive Programme -**exceptional performance is recognized through our annual incentive programme which is awarded to top performers who excel - **Career Development -**opportunity for ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities **Your Responsibilities**: - Own and support mechanical/electro-mechanical hardware designs, working very closely with the entire Hardware Engineering Discipline - Assist with the development of other members of the Mechanical Engineering team - Produce and review mechanical drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM) prior to sign off - Drive sheet metal design, machining and manufacturing tasks - Produce and maintain technical documentation to meet customer requirements **Your Experience**: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar level of experience - Understanding of BS8888 and Geometrical Tolerancing - Knowledge of a variety of manufacturing techniques (e.g. 3D printing, casting etc.) - Understands design and manufacturing processes - Proficient in either Creo or AutoDesk Inventor and PDM (ideally Windchill) **Your Future Team**: - "The Mechanical Engineering Team get involved with everything.
