**Our Client in Luton are looking to Recruit a Quality Manager / Inspector this is a full time permanent role and salary is depending on experience.**

**Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- Previous experience working in a CNC Machine shop environment.
- Experienced with PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Gauger R & R and Control Plans it is essential that you can generate these and also train others.
- Problem-solving techniques (5 why, 8D, Fish Bone etc.)
- Strong leadership/managerial skills
- Demonstratable experience improving quality departments through people and processes
- Previous experience working within precision manufacturing environments
- Well-versed hosting audits
- Good communication skills (Both verbally and written)
- Get ‘hands on’ and shape and develop the quality department and processes
- Responsible for the control and management of all company Quality Control, Assurance and improvement activities
- Be responsible for a small team of quality engineering staff and inspectors.
- Drive the company systems and procedures.
- Get involved in root-cause analysis and audit preparation activities
- Support all quality improvement activities throughout the business
- Manage outgoing product quality, the in-process quality

**Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications**
- Relevant engineering qualification (HND/HNC, Time-Served, apprentice trained, degree etc)
- Previous experience working within CNC Turning machines.
