We are a family run business which specialises in creating Urban and country gardens are the Southwest area. We offer a full range of services from garden design, including landscaping, gardening and also maintenance service.

We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Soft Landscaper to join our rapidly growing company based in Bath, Somerset.

- **These tasks will include**:_
- Carrying out soft landscaping
- Liaising with the Office Team, Site Managers etc
- Planting and maintaining seasonal bedding, planting and maintaining shrubs and trees, pruning of fruit trees and shrubs, propagation of hard wood cuttings and potting up
- Hedge trimming using both manual and power assisted equipment, single/double digging of areas both manually and using a rotavator
- Pond care including pump and filter maintenance
- Bed care, soil conditioning and mulching
- Lawn mowing, strimming, edging and low level tree pruning and lopping
- Treatment of pest and disease using environmentally friendly treatments and techniques
- Use, care and maintain tools according to Health and Safety guidelines.
- Assist the Landscaping team when appropriate, with planting and other soft landscaping task
- **Essential**:_
- Good knowledge of Soft Landscape construction
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Good communication skills with clients and staff and understanding confidentiality
- Willingness to work flexibly in accordance with the needs of the Company
- Be punctual and presentable
- **Experience**:_
- Wood working skills, basic timber framing
- Fencing experience
- Chainsaw qualification - CS30/31
- Level 2 RHS Horticultural / Arboriculture qualifications or similar relevant qualification in Horticulture, Landscaping or Arboriculture
- Land management experience
- Soft Landscape construction: 2 year’

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule: 8 hour daily shift

Work Location: Bath, Somerset

**Job Type**: Part - Time Fixed term contract, with the possibility of growing to Full Time
