**Warehouse Operative - With Forklift Experience**

**_Based in our brand-new modern facility in Bradford, Optimum Medical are looking to expand our warehouse team. _**

Plus, we also have our exceptional home delivery service, called **Vyne **based here which offers local and UK wide fast delivery for essential medical purchases and supplies.

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Operative who holds experience of working with a flexi or Bendi forklift truck to join our team. As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and in the distribution of essential healthcare items to our customers.

**Duties to include**:

- Receive, unload, and store incoming products.
- Use flexi lift trucks to move and stack goods within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Check orders are correct to the applicable paperwork.
- Aiding in the processing of Vyne Shop orders
- Perform regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Managing equipment levels e.g. pallets, stationary, cleaning products
- Ensuring all orders are sent out on time and without errors.
- Assisting with all rework tasks when required
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse throughout
- Adhere to OM's policies and procedures, maximising quality and Adhering to all relevant health and safety requirements of the warehouse.
- Be a team player and work with the other areas of the warehouse team as and when needed to achieve success.
- Complete administrative and training duties as required.

**Essentials**:

- Forklift licence with Flexi o Bendi lifting experience.
- Over 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Flexibility with shifts
- Excellent team player

**Key Details**:
**Location**: located on an industrial estate near Thornbury Bradford, you must have the ability to get to us by public transport or your own transport (free parking available)

**Service hours**: Mon - Friday 8 hours per day - shifts will be discussed but typically cover:
06:30 - 14:30

10:00 - 18:30

11:30 - 20:00

**Type**: Full time 40 hours per week plus 30 min lunch break with possibility of some overtime available

**Salary**: Salary depending on experience
