**SALARY UP TO £30,000**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Media Executive to join the Marketing Department at Bill’s Restaurant & Bar, based in Fitzrovia, London.

Bill’s operates 61 restaurants, both within London and across the UK.

Key responsibilities:

- Creation of detailed monthly social media content calendars, alongside research of key calendar moments and national days
- Assisting with social media scheduling and caption creating. Please note that we use Sprout Social as our scheduling tool
- Managing community management for Bill’s, including responding to DMs and comments in a professional and timely manor
- Assisting with on-site content creation, supplementing content created by our in-house creative and marketing teams
- Pulling weekly social media reports to share with Bill’s stakeholders. Please note that we use Sprout Social as our reporting tool
- Assisting with briefing in our creative teams and social media agency on asset requirements and idea generation
- Re-sharing relevant and on-brand user generated content
- Ensuring Instagram highlights are kept updated and relevant
- Creating and posting interactive and engaging story series and polls to help drive engagement with our followers
- Researching social media trends, news and updates

The ideal Communications Executive will have:

- Two - three years minimum experience in the social media industry
- Proven experience at Social Media Assistant or Social Media Executive level
- Have a passion for social media
- A willingness to follow industry trends
- Be computer savvy with a working knowledge of excel, Canva, word, Google docs etc.
- Be organized with strong attention to detail
- Be confident in the workplace
- Have a passion for restaurants and the general food and beverage scene within the UK
- Be a team player
