As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will bring energy, personality and a great work ethic to our Hotel Restaurant team, creating a relaxing environment for our guests and leaving them excited to repeat the experience. You will be responsible to the Restaurant Manager and will undertake management duties in their absence.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing the restaurant whilst on duty, deputising the Restaurant Manager in their absence.
- Drive excellence in the guest experience through continuous monitoring, and innovation, of service standards.
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve high levels of customer service.
- Facilitate effective communication with team members, to nurture motivation and a great team working environment.

**Hours and rate of pay**

This is a permanent full-time role of 42.5 hours over 5 days working split shifts (including Breakfast and Dinner shifts each day) including weekends.

Hourly Rate: £10.69 per hour.

Comprising four inter-linked hotels which include the TLH Derwent, TLH Victoria, TLH Toorak, and TLH Carlton Hotels on a single site. We offer a range of accommodation and shared entertainment plus the well-renowned Aztec Leisure brand, offering unique leisure and spa facilities to guests and locals.
